Before you take part

About this study

You're taking part in a short research study testing whether AI can describe a person's real-life situation from a tarot draw alone, with no other information about them. It takes about 5 minutes. We may publish what we learn — see "How your responses are used."

What you'll do

You'll shuffle and pick three cards. An AI will generate a few short statements about your current life situation based only on those cards. You'll then read six statements and rate how accurate each one is. Some were generated for you; others were generated for different participants and are not about you. You won't be told which is which — this is necessary for the test to work.

What we collect

Your card choices, your ratings, an internal session identifier, and basic interaction timing used only to check data quality. The study itself has no free-text input and does not ask for your name or contact details.

About contacting you (please read before you begin)

After you finish, we'll give you the option to leave an email address and to tell us whether we may contact you with follow-up questions about this study. This is entirely optional and is offered only after you have submitted.

• If you give your email and agree to be contacted, we'll link your email to the answers you are about to give, so we can ask you about them. Your responses are then no longer anonymous to us: you can later ask us to show you, or delete, your data and your email.
• If you do not give an email, or give one but do not agree to be contacted, your answers are not linked to you. We will not be able to find or remove them afterwards, because nothing connects them to you.

You are being told this now so your choice later is fully informed.

How your responses are used

Your ratings are combined with many other participants' ratings to measure how accurately different AI models perform. We may publish what we find — for example, a public website comparing AI models, and/or a research report. Anything we publish describes the models in aggregate, never you individually. Statements generated for you may later be shown to other participants as anonymous comparison material.

These statements are experimental AI output, not a real divination, and not professional advice of any kind (psychological, medical, financial, or otherwise). Please do not make decisions based on them.

Your choice

Participation is voluntary. You can close the page any time before you submit, and nothing will be saved as a completed response.
